Our Production

Philko, Inc.’s high-tech manufacturing facility has the capacity to manufacture orders of all sizes and specifications. Three separate production facilities accommodate small to large orders of Active Sportswear, Motorsports and outwear garments.

With integrated production lines specific to outdoor apparel, motorcycle leather, and textile, garments can be produced in quantities of up to 30,000 per month for each product category.

Computerized patterns are created using CAD technology and digitally uploaded in preparation of the production process. Employees work with this data to ensure strict accuracy of sizing and final specifications.
